Apartment location:
This apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building with a total of 5 apartments in a small town in the immediate vicinity of Poreč. The town is 4 km from Poreč and the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept, mostly consisting of family houses and residential buildings.

Room layout:
